• I can't upload videos
  - We limit to 25 videos a day to give everyone a chance to be seen;
  - Accounts which receive copyright notices for uploads will be limited, this decision will not be reversed, it is automatic.
• Resetting password
  Email providers such as AOL, comcast etc block our emails, please raise a support ticket.
• Cancelling your subscription or membership
  Please go to the top of the screen and click on 'My Account'. Once the screen is loaded please scroll down and you will the cancel button on the right.
  If this does not work contact our helpdesk with the following information:
  

  1) Name on credit card

  2) Transaction ID

  3) Username and email address

  We can then cancel your subscription straight way.
  Or send copy of your email receipt.

• Recurring transactions
  Recurring transactions are taken once per month. You can cancel your recurring payment at any time by going to My Account, the cancel link is at the top of the page. This is the quickest way.

• Refunds
